Job Responsibilities:

- Organization and interpersonal skills,
- Implement the overall recruiting strategy, design job descriptions, and craft job postings
- Source, screen, and interview candidates and compare them to job requirements
- Proactively build the candidate pipeline and collaborate with hiring managers regularly
