    HR Collaborative is a collaborative of HR experts serving clients in all things HR. We specialize in four key areas – Strategic HR Partnerships, HR Projects, Recruiting and providing HR Flex Talent. We walk alongside our clients and meet them where they’re at to enhance their people practices and ultimately make work better!

    We are looking for a part-time (likely 10-15 hours/week) payroll and benefits expert to support our clients. This role is not eligible for benefits, and it is designed to be a flexible resource for a few small clients. You wil join our HR Flexible Professionals Community and be part of our talent pool to help our clients on a part-time basis.

     

    This is the right opportunity for you if:

    • You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, human resources (strongly preferred), or equivalent experience
    • You have three (3) or more years of being the go-to person for all things payroll and benefits - from garnishments, withholdings, taxes, open enrollment, and more.
    • Other Human Resources experience is a plus!
    • You love working in HR, but you just need some part-time flexibility in your life!
