Job Responsibilities:
- Manage HR related activities including staffing process, compensation, manage records, pay roll and employee relations
- Reviews and recommends policies and procedures and ensure they are in compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Investigate employees issues and conflicts
- Maintain confidentially for HR related issues
- Organization and interpersonal skills
