Job Responsibilities:

• Manage HR related activities including staffing process, compensation, manage records, pay roll and employee relations
• Reviews and recommends policies and procedures and ensure they are in compliance with federal and state employment regulations
• Investigate employees issues and conflicts
• Maintain confidentially for HR related issues
• Organization and interpersonal skills
