    We are seeking a Director of Talent Placement who will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Talent Placement division. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the Talent Placement team, overseeing full-cycle recruiting, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Talent Placement team to ensure efficient service delivery and constructive dialogue
    • Develop and educate the team on best practices in talent placement processes
    • Diagnose client issues and propose effective solutions based on expertise and client needs
    • Plan and oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
    • Monitor client satisfaction and actively seek opportunities for expansion and improvement
    • Represent HR Collaborative in the community and industry organizations, showcasing our expertise and commitment to excellence

     

    The Ideal Candidate: Are you the Director of Talent Placement we’re looking for? Check if you match our criteria:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or relevant field; equivalent work experience considered
    • 5-10 years of experience in temporary staffing and recruitment
    • Strong proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, relationship management, and project management
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn, and recruiting software platforms
