    Position Overview

    We are seeking a seasoned HR Compliance & Recruitment Manager to lead HR operations, recruitment, and regulatory compliance for a rapidly growing ABA company. This role ensures full adherence to employment law and industry standards while driving high-volume ABA recruitment, building structure, and holding teams accountable.This individual will oversee the HR & Recruitment team, strengthen processes, improve documentation, manage employee relations, and create a compliant, consistent, and supportive workplace environment.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Strong HR compliance background: audits, documentation, regulatory updates

    • Skilled in employee relations, investigations, corrective action & risk mitigation

    • Proven experience leading a healthcare recruitment team

    • Confident deciding when to escalate issues to counsel

    • Process-driven, disciplined, and highly organized

    • Calm, warm, professional, and able to hold people accountable

    • Experience managing HR staff and building high-performing teams

    • Strong communication skills and impeccable judgment

    Key Responsibilities

    Compliance & Employee Relations

    • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and healthcare regulations

    • Maintain policies, handbooks, notices, and internal audit readiness

    • Lead investigations, documentation, corrective actions, and risk mitigation

    • Identify issues requiring attorney involvement and coordinate with counsel

    • Track regulatory updates and advise leadership proactively

    Recruitment Leadership

    • Lead a fast-paced healthcare recruitment function

    • Mentor and manage recruiters, set clear expectations, and ensure accountability

    • Build pipelines, optimize workflows, and oversee high-volume hiring process

    • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing priorities

    HR Operations

    • Oversee onboarding/offboarding, I-9 compliance, and personnel file accuracy

    • Implement SOPs, streamline processes, and strengthen internal structure

    • Support employee relations, documentation, and coaching of supervisors

    • Maintain HRIS accuracy and digital compliance systems

    Qualifications & Must-Haves

    • 3+ years HR experience with compliance + employee relations

    • Strong background in healthcare recruitment (ABA, home care, SNF, or similar)

    • Experience supervising HR or recruitment staff

    • Ability to identify legal risks and escalate appropriately

    • Knowledge of leave laws, benefits basics, classification, and HR best practices

    • Proficiency with HRIS and digital HR tools

    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities
