    Fellow began as a Kickstarter campaign and has grown into a global brand with distributors and customers in more than 50 countries. We bring the specialty coffee experience to people's homes via beautifully designed coffee ware that marries form and function. We currently have a small, passionate, and committed team that loves to see coffee tools come to life.

    GROWTH MARKETER

    Fellow is searching for a growth marketer to join our marketing team, with a focus on our direct-to-consumer channels. The growth marketer is responsible for driving revenue and new customer acquisition via our direct sales channels. The role is a fairly broad marketing position spanning our paid social, paid search, affiliate program, and optimization for Fellowproducts.com, while assisting with Amazon Advertising, email marketing, and wholesale/trade marketing. Growth marketing is highly collaborative at Fellow, working closely with our creative & content teams, as well occasionally offering insights to other teams such as product development and wholesale. The growth marketer reports to the Head of E-Commerce.

    PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE DURING COVID, WE WOULD PREFER SOMEONE LOCATED IN THE SAN FRANCISCO AREA BUT ARE OPEN TO OTHER CANDIDATES IN CALIFORNIA. Fellow is currently working remotely through the rest of 2020 and as long as required due to the pandemic. When safe to return, we expect this role to be based from our Mission District HQ.  RESPONSIBLE FOR:

    o   Acquisition marketing through paid social, paid search, affiliate marketing, and awareness campaigns.

    o   Manage paid search agency providing strategic, audience, and creative direction.

    o   Collaborate with Amazon channel manager on Amazon ad strategy

    o   Analyzing and improving Fellowproducts.com and Amazon listing SEO.

    o   Provide SEO guidance, from a copy/content perspective to internal marketing teams and a technical perspective for future website development.

    o   Build and maintain analytics reports covering monthly and weekly traffic, sales, spend forecasts, and reports, as well as customer analytics such as LTV by acquisition channel.

    o   Working closely with our future email marketing/retention manager to understand total customer journey, and align acquisition campaigns with cohorts driving LTV.

    o   Support brand marketing team by communicating performance marketing best practices to guide shoots and campaigns and report back on results from creative testing.

    o   Collaborate on the creation of assets through briefs, storyboards, and copy direction.

    o   Provide growth marketing thought leadership across multiple sales channels.

    o   Suggest and lead testing of new top-of-funnel campaign ideas to create new acquisition channels.

    o   Share insights with the brand marketing team, as well as periodically reporting to company leadership.

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Requirements QUALIFICATIONS

    o   3-5 years e-commerce growth marketing experience, either at a brand or agency, with a focus on selling physical products.

    o   Hands on experience managing paid social and/or paid search campaigns with budgets greater than $100k/month.

    o   Analytics mindset with proficiency with e-commerce analytics tools like Google Analytics, paid media analysis tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.  

    o   Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, building/optimizing scalable processes.

    o   An appreciation of specialty coffee is a plus!
