The HR Coordinator will support the Eurofins Discovery Human Resources Team in various administrative tasks, projects and daily activities. This role requires knowledge of various Human Resources functions.
Here's what you'll do:
- Maintains and updates electronic records and personnel files in a secure and organized manner.
- Updates global new hire orientation and monthly townhall slide deck for Eurofins Discovery businesses.
- Prepares, schedules and presents onboarding for new hires, processes new hire IT setup requests.
- Updates various HR weekly and monthly reports.
- Processes simple HRIS transactions in Oracle HCM including terminations, assignment changes and promotions.
- Oversees the voluntary termination process.
- Tracks HR compliance trainings.
- Assists with administration of various HR trainings, processes and programs.
- Responds to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits and other HR-related matters and uses critical thinking to escalate complex compliance or employee relations matters to HR business partner.
- Handles confidential information with care and integrity.
