Position Overview
The HR Coordinator will support daily HR operations and assist with administrative and employee-related functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, punctual, a quick learner, and eager to develop professionally in the HR field. Training and guidance will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate filing
Support attendance tracking and leave documentation
Help coordinate interviews, orientations, and training sessions
Prepare HR documents, letters, and internal communications
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Ensure confidentiality of employee information
Assist with compliance and policy documentation as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Punctual, dependable, and professional
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Schedule
Monday through Friday
9:00AM – 5:00PM
Occasional weekend work only if needed
