The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resources needs.
Responsibilities
Acts as our HR point person adding front line, hospitable HR support to all restaurant management and staff
Build relationships with all restaurant and culinary managers in an effort to best support their people needs
Manage HRIS and ATS platforms
Manage HR Google Drive – Home for all SOPs, HR related forms
Partner with HRD and Ops team with full cycle of recruitment efforts
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
Creates and manages files for offer letters, benefit offerings, NDAs, separation notices and other HR related forms
Partner with HRD and CFO with payroll and benefits administration
Liaison to unit managers on all payroll matters
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
1-2 years' of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong passion for food & hospitality
Desire to learn & grow
