Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support the human resources operations of our growing ABA company, which operates across multiple states. The ideal candidate will be organized, people-focused, and able to manage HR processes efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, credentialing, and orientation
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Support benefits administration, PTO tracking, and leave management
Respond to employee HR-related questions and escalate issues as needed
Assist with recruitment logistics such as interview scheduling and job postings
Track employee licensure and training requirements, ensuring timely renewals
Support HR projects and process improvements as assigned
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in HR or healthcare administration
Strong organizational and communication skills
High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Experience in a multi-state healthcare or ABA setting is a plus
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
