    Job Description:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support the human resources operations of our growing ABA company, which operates across multiple states. The ideal candidate will be organized, people-focused, and able to manage HR processes efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, credentialing, and orientation

    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

    • Support benefits administration, PTO tracking, and leave management

    • Respond to employee HR-related questions and escalate issues as needed

    • Assist with recruitment logistics such as interview scheduling and job postings

    • Track employee licensure and training requirements, ensuring timely renewals

    • Support HR projects and process improvements as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • 1–3 years of experience in HR or healthcare administration

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

    • Experience in a multi-state healthcare or ABA setting is a plus

    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
