We have an opening for a junior admin or junior network monitoring person to perform remote monitoring and management on our servers.

Almost every promotion comes from within the company.

If you have six months to three years IT experience, have solid troubleshooting skills, embrace learning every day, exercise good judgment and common sense and communicate well with others, keep reading.

In addition to people with up to three years’ experience in network monitoring, we’ll consider candidates who may fall in the any of the categories:

·        Relatively new to the field with a few verifiable IT certifications.

·        Recent grad

·        Exiting military

·        Career changer with some IT knowledge

Stable work history and ethics count! And we wouldn’t complain if you have a sense of humor.

Familiarity and/or strong desire and ability to learn the following tools for monitoring, automation, remediation and reconciliation: Kaseya, LogicMonitor, scripting and automation, PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs, Azure backup, spam filtering (Mimecast), web content filtering (Cisco Umbrella), Firewalls (Fortinet), endpoint security (SentinelOne) and vulnerability scanning (Digital Defense).
