We are seeking a Transportation/Customer Service Representative (Logistics)
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Maintaining and updating files in database
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Must have schedule flexibility- ability to work overtime and weekends if needed
- Warehouse/Transportation is a plus
- Port scheduling is a plus
- Proficient computer skills - WMS, Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred
