We are seeking a Transportation/Customer Service Representative (Logistics)

You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Maintaining and updating files in database

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Must have schedule flexibility- ability to work overtime and weekends if needed
• Warehouse/Transportation is a plus
• Port scheduling is a plus
• Proficient computer skills - WMS, Outlook, Excel and Word
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred
