PAY RATE: $20/hr.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Applicant must be meticulous and highly organized, with a keen eye for the smallest details, skilled at administrative tasks, and an excellent communicator.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data entry and order processing
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Review and maintain client email correspondence, responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Work with trucking companies and schedule FTL/LTL shipments based on costs and delivery schedules
- Review vendor routing guides to ensure that outbound shipments are compliant and devoid of chargeback issues
- Perform other assigned projects and functions as directed by management
- Assist with client drop-ins and consumer questions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
