    Job Description

    TEMP TO HIRE

    PAY RATE: $20/hr.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

    Applicant must be meticulous and highly organized, with a keen eye for the smallest details, skilled at administrative tasks, and an excellent communicator.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Data entry and order processing
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
    • Review and maintain client email correspondence, responding to inquiries in a timely manner
    • Work with trucking companies and schedule FTL/LTL shipments based on costs and delivery schedules
    • Review vendor routing guides to ensure that outbound shipments are compliant and devoid of chargeback issues
    • Perform other assigned projects and functions as directed by management
    • Assist with client drop-ins and consumer questions
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
