Position: HR Director - Home Health (Permanent) Location: Greater Philadelphia Area, PA & Trevose, PA

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of Home Health Agency experience (experience limited to nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, physician offices, or corporate HR roles will not be considered)

Must be hands-on (not a delegator)

Strong payroll experience using Paychex Flex, ADP or Workday experience

Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including benefits administration, policies, compliance, credentialing, audits, and training (in-services for home health aides)

Proven experience in recruiting, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and participating in career fairs for nurses and home health aides

Fluent English communication skills
