Position: HR Director (Permanent) Location: Greater Philadelphia Area, PA Industry Requirement: Home Health Agency experience is mandatory (minimum 3 years). Experience limited to nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, doctor’s offices, or corporate environments will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Hands-on HR leadership role (must not be solely a delegator)

Strong payroll experience, specifically with Paychex Flex

Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including:

Benefits administration

HR policies and compliance

Credentialing and audits

Training and in-services for home health aides

Proven experience in:

Recruiting nurses and home health aides

Scheduling and conducting interviews

Onboarding

Participating in and organizing career fairs
