    Job Description

    Job Responsibilities In this role, you will primarily assist SAP SuccessFactors Customers with their Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 needs. This includes: * Lead SAP SuccessFactors Customers through their SuccessFactors implementation process. * This includes requirements gathering & gap analysis, leading business process design, performing system demonstrations, leading customer workshops, performing system configuration, creating functional specifications and overseeing development for custom requirements, document requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document, unit testing and supporting subsequent testing efforts and issue resolution, performing cutover activities, training, and hyper-care/post-go-live support. * Performance of system reviews and development of strategic roadmaps * Address production support tickets as assigned * Support for business development and pre-sales activities * Keep abreast of new and relevant SAP releases and features and stay a certified expert in your respective areas. Skills The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics and abilities: * A passion for Human Resources, Talent management, HRIS, and SAP technology transformations * Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills * Commitment to quality and customer service * Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently * The ability to handle ambiguity and, as applicable, self-direct and guide others on logical next steps * Ability to gather, analyze, weigh inputs/evidence; evaluate issues and come to an unbiased conclusion and/or options; and provide a recommendation for a specific course of action * Keen attention to detail, gathering requirements, listening to customers, documenting issues, and problem-solving * Capable of generating and introducing new ideas, concepts, or strategies * Ability to observe, infer and/or understand the perspective of others * Ability to lead and/or work with individuals and other groups to achieve common goals and articulate the steps required by each party * Ability to budget and manage according to the time allocated for projects and goals and structuring schedules to minimize conflicts and maximize productivity * A desire to learn and understand new or unfamiliar technologies, tools, and concepts Required Qualifications * 3 - 5 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules * Active certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules * BA/BS degree (or compelling related work experience) * Excellent English language, oral, and written communication skills * US Citizenship or authorization to work in the United States * Ability and willingness to travel as needed Preferred Qualifications * Professional SuccessFactors Certification in Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary with generous bonus structure * Health insurance, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD/LTD, HSA spending account * Paid time Off and Holiday Pay * 401k Company Description HR Focal Point (HRFP) is a rapidly growing technology consulting company.
