    What You’ll Own

    • Partner with HR leadership and business teams to support day-to-day HR operations and initiatives
    • Serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, processes, and best practices
    • Support employee relations matters with a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach
    • Assist in performance management, talent development, and engagement initiatives
    • Help drive HR programs and processes, including onboarding, organizational changes, and workforce planning
    • Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee data and HR systems
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall employee experience

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3–6+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within a fast-paced or retail environment
    • Strong foundation in employee relations and HR operations
    • Ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organization
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
    • Strong communication skills with a thoughtful, professional presence
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with a sense of urgency
    • Experience with HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar) is a plus
  • Compensation
    $70,000-$80,000 per year
