HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will be partnering with the Director of People and Culture to run the daily functions of the HR department. This includes performing routine tasks such as compliance audits, responding to employee inquiries and developing and facilitating staff training. The HR Generalist will also have their hand in key functions including recruitment, new hire orientation, performance reviews and benefits.

We are looking for talented people with:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, marketing or similar field
• At least two years of experience in a similar HR role. SHRM-CP is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills required
• Recruiting and Employee Relations experience strongly preferred
