Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support a growing organization by driving talent acquisition, strengthening HR operations, and enhancing the overall employee experience. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership, helping to build scalable processes, attract top talent, and foster a high-performing, service-oriented culture.
The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of recruiting expertise, operational excellence, and the ability to influence and support teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead full-cycle recruitment across all open roles, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business growth and project timelines
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across critical functions
Partner with leadership to define role requirements, compensation strategy, and hiring priorities
HR Operations & Process Optimization
Evaluate and enhance HR processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Standardize onboarding, performance management, and employee documentation practices
Support implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations (Florida experience preferred)
Employee Relations & Organizational Development
Support performance management processes, coaching, and leadership development initiatives
Promote a positive, service-driven culture aligned with a high-end/luxury brand environment
Drive employee engagement strategies and retention initiatives
Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR-related matters
Compliance & Risk Management
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation
Support internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on recruitment
Proven ability to manage full-cycle hiring and build talent pipelines
Strong understanding of HR operations, process improvement, and system optimization
Knowledge of Florida employment laws preferred
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
