    Aligned Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our client in Miami, FL.

    Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support a growing organization by driving talent acquisition, strengthening HR operations, and enhancing the overall employee experience. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership, helping to build scalable processes, attract top talent, and foster a high-performing, service-oriented culture.

    The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of recruiting expertise, operational excellence, and the ability to influence and support teams in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

    • Lead full-cycle recruitment across all open roles, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process

    • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business growth and project timelines

    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across critical functions

    • Partner with leadership to define role requirements, compensation strategy, and hiring priorities

    HR Operations & Process Optimization

    • Evaluate and enhance HR processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability

    • Standardize onboarding, performance management, and employee documentation practices

    • Support implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools

    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations (Florida experience preferred)

    Employee Relations & Organizational Development

    • Support performance management processes, coaching, and leadership development initiatives

    • Promote a positive, service-driven culture aligned with a high-end/luxury brand environment

    • Drive employee engagement strategies and retention initiatives

    • Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR-related matters

    Compliance & Risk Management

    • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation

    • Support internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on recruitment

    • Proven ability to manage full-cycle hiring and build talent pipelines

    • Strong understanding of HR operations, process improvement, and system optimization

    • Knowledge of Florida employment laws preferred

    • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification a plus

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
