A growing, privately held manufacturing company with a strong operational presence and a collaborative, team-oriented culture is seeking to add an HR Generalist to its team. This role will support day-to-day HR operations and partner closely with leadership across the organization.
Requirements:
\- 3–6+ years of progressive HR experience
\- Strong background in employee relations and performance management
\- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning
\- Knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration
\- Familiarity with California labor laws and compliance requirements
\- Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site environment preferred
\- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
\- HRIS experience required
