    Position Overview
    Children's Dental FunZone is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist to support our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources functions, ensuring compliance with California labor laws. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and experienced in handling a wide range of HR responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer and support HR policies, procedures, and programs
    • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
    • Assist with payroll coordination, audits, and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP TotalSource)
    • Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
    • Support benefits administration, including enrollments and employee inquiries
    • Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting
    • Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
    • Support training programs and compliance requirements

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-location environment
    • Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices
    • Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
