✨What You'll Do:

• Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and compliance issues
• Design and create engaging learning and development videos for staff training and continuing education
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture
• Support leadership with organizational development and workforce planning

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources Position
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to make training fun and engaging
• Experience in the healthcare or dental field is a plus , but not required
