Job Description
Lead the full life cycle recruitment process including but not limited to posting recruitment advertisements, screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers and onboarding through traditional and innovative methods to fill the positions in a timely manner.
Work with the staffing agency to communicate the daily staff demand of the production.
Assist in conducting and resolving investigations regarding employee complaints and concerns.
In charge of the onboarding process including new hire paperwork, new hire orientation, badge preparation, etc.
Facilitate benefits administration, initial enrollment, open enrollment, qualifying events, etc.
Keep personnel documents, performance evaluations, health insurance, training record on file in compliance with applicable legal requirements and keep everything organized.
Be responsible for monthly company newsletter and other mass email communication.
Assist in the exit process to ensure employee concerns are addressed properly.
Support administrative functions including managing phone, mail, and janitorial services, office supplies inventory management, billing requests, etc.
Perform other duties assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or relevant.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Minimum 3-5 years work experience in the role of Human Resources (Preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with computer skills. (MS Word and Excel)
Excellent organization skills, flexibility, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must be passionate about serving others and have the ability to be mentored in a team oriented environment.
