Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

JOB SUMMARY
The HR Generalist **** is responsible for providing full-scope, day-to-day HR generalist services across assigned locations, with a focus on tactical support, employee relations, and field-based HR execution. This role supports the Director of HR in implementing and administering core HR functions and ensures consistent application of policies and procedures across the organization.
This position delivers end-to-end HR support, including recruitment coordination, offer letter generation, preboarding, onboarding, HRIS updates, employee documentation, and offboarding. The HR Generalist also serves as a resource for employee relations, helping resolve workplace concerns, advising leaders on disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining visibility and accessibility across field and shop-floor teams, including routine travel to operational sites to support leaders, coach employees, and reinforce an engaged, performance-driven culture.

Required Skills
Required Experience
Ability to interact and communicate with people over the telephone and/or in person, often in stressful situations.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of patient medical records and clinical documents.
Skill in the use of Hospital computer systems related to ADT order entry, requisitions, lab inquiries and other computerized processes and related software/hardware applications.
Knowledge of clinical procedures and operations
Knowledge of supplies, equipment ordering and inventory control.
Clerical, word processing and office skills.
Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instruction and safety precautions.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
