A global investment firm is seeking an experienced HR professional to support core people operations, reporting, and strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams and is well-suited for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working with sensitive information in a lean, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of workforce data to inform reporting, audits, and internal initiatives
Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including documentation, system updates, and coordination related to transfers and separations
Serve as a point of contact for routine HR inquiries, including employment verification and payroll-related questions
Partner with Finance on headcount tracking and reporting, including open roles and ongoing workforce planning needs
Prepare data and materials in support of talent-related processes, including performance, promotion, and development initiatives
Provide project support to HR leadership and Business Partners across a range of operational and strategic initiatives
Coordinate with external partners on immigration-related matters
Offer administrative and logistical support to recruiting leadership, including interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and responding to benefits-related questions
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience within HR, people operations, or a related function; financial services or corporate environment preferred
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with a self-starter mindset
Comfortable operating in a small, collaborative team environment with broad responsibility
Global mindset with the ability to partner effectively across regions
