  • Responsibilities

    A global investment firm is seeking an experienced HR professional to support core people operations, reporting, and strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams and is well-suited for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working with sensitive information in a lean, fast-paced environment.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of workforce data to inform reporting, audits, and internal initiatives

    • Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including documentation, system updates, and coordination related to transfers and separations

    • Serve as a point of contact for routine HR inquiries, including employment verification and payroll-related questions

    • Partner with Finance on headcount tracking and reporting, including open roles and ongoing workforce planning needs

    • Prepare data and materials in support of talent-related processes, including performance, promotion, and development initiatives

    • Provide project support to HR leadership and Business Partners across a range of operational and strategic initiatives

    • Coordinate with external partners on immigration-related matters

    • Offer administrative and logistical support to recruiting leadership, including interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and responding to benefits-related questions

     

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of relevant experience within HR, people operations, or a related function; financial services or corporate environment preferred

    • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines

    • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

    • High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information

    • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with a self-starter mindset

    • Comfortable operating in a small, collaborative team environment with broad responsibility

    • Global mindset with the ability to partner effectively across regions
