What you WILL DO:

As an HR Generalist , you will support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience. You will communicate HR policies, address employee inquiries, and assist with employee relations while maintaining compliance with employment laws. You will manage hiring and separation processes, benefits and leave programs, payroll audits, credentialing, and compliance reporting. You will also prepare employment documents, oversee security access, assist with training and HR reporting, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Who YOU ARE:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; SHRM‑CP/PHR is a plus.
• You bring 4+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to healthcare or FQHC settings.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
• You maintain required immunizations in alignment with organizational policy.
