    An HR Generalist for our law firm client would be responsible for managing administrative tasks within their Human Resources department, including maintaining employee records, facilitating the recruitment process, overseeing onboarding, handling employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, essentially acting as the first point of contact for HR-related matters within an organization; they often assist with tasks like scheduling interviews, processing paperwork, and coordinating training programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems, including personal information, employment details, and benefits information.

    Benefits Administration: Assisting employees with benefits enrollment, answering questions regarding health plans, and processing benefit changes.

    Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and providing support on workplace issues.

    Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and development initiatives.

    Payroll Processing: Assisting with payroll administration, including data entry and verification.

    Reporting and Analysis: Generating HR reports and analyzing data to identify trends and inform decision-making.

    Recruitment and Onboarding: Posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, managing the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.

    Desired Experience:

    2-3 years of HR experience within a law firm or financial services environment.

    Bachelor's Degree
