    Position Summary:

    A mission-driven organization is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, data reporting, and internal communications. This is a dynamic role with both tactical and strategic responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare or service-oriented environment.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Hiring & Onboarding

    • Oversee the hiring process from recruitment to offer and onboarding

    • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure completion of all required documentation

    Employee Relations

    • Address employee concerns and complaints with professionalism and discretion

    • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture

    Benefits Administration

    • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, HSA, and pension

    • Ensure benefit programs comply with legal and company standards

    Performance & Training

    • Support the annual performance review process

    • Manage employee training, including compliance, OSHA, and industry-specific certifications

    • Track annual health forms and training renewals

    Compliance & Legal

    • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

    • Monitor regulatory updates and apply best practices

    Data & Analytics

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

    • Generate HR reports on hiring, retention, turnover, and compliance

    • Present HR metrics and insights to senior leadership

    Strategic Planning

    • Maintain departmental staffing plans

    • Support compensation strategies through an understanding of provider incentive programs

    Internal Communication & Culture

    • Distribute organizational updates and announcements

    • Support employee engagement programs, recognition, and exit interviews

    Qualifications & Skills:

    \- 3+ years of HR experience; healthcare or multi-department experience a plus

    \- Strong understanding of labor law, HR compliance, and best practices

    \- Experience in benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management

    \- High proficiency with HRIS systems and data reporting

    \- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

    \- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of discretion and professionalism
