Title: Human Resources Generalist

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year, depending on experienceHuman Resources Generalist Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to ensure the application of sound HR practices and compliance with labor laws. This role exists to foster a positive work environment while providing essential support to leadership in talent acquisition, performance management, and health and safety regulations.
Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:
Implement and administer employee policies while ensuring full compliance with legal requirements
Coordinate with international locations to design and execute standardized HR communication and standards
Provide counsel to the leadership team on HR best practices and federal, state, and local standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and performance management guidance
Manage the full talent acquisition cycle including job postings, resume screening, and onboarding
Maintain strategic relationships with employment agencies to source top-tier talent
Coordinate ongoing performance reviews with a focus on employee development and retention
Create and administer continuous improvement plans and employee skill enhancements
Track and analyze standard HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and overtime
Process and submit bi-weekly payroll for approval
Lead workplace safety initiatives and maintain OSHA standards and documentation
Address workers' compensation and unemployment claims while liaising with government agencies
Human Resources Generalist Reporting Relationships:
The candidate will report to the Senior Leadership Team and provide direct support and counsel to the U.S. leadership team.
About You:
Bring 3+ years of professional HR experience
Possess a proven track record of deploying creative recruitment and retention processes
Maintain strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Show the ability to manage multiple HR projects in a fast-paced environment
Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Act as a team player with a hands-on approach to employee engagement
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
Have experience in a manufacturing environment (considered a plus)
Maintain a highly organized professional demeanor in a dynamic setting
