    RDC Client Service Representative ** (CSR)**

    Primary Location: Onsite/ Hybrid - Santa Fe Springs, CA

    Compensation: Non-Exempt - $28- $31/ hourly

    Position Overview

    The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day human resources operations and ensuring a positive employee experience. This position is responsible for‑ administering HR policies, procedures, and programs across areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and general HR compliance and reporting. The HR Generalist serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR best practices and ensuring adherence to company standards and employment laws. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced‑ environment.

    Essential Duties :

    Recruitment & Staffing

    • Coordinate and support full cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
    • Partner with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions remain accurate and up to date .
    • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
    • Assist with recruitment across other departments as needed.

    Onboarding

    • Prepare new hire paperwork, background checks
    • Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure smooth integration into the company.
    • Maintain onboarding documentation and recommend process improvements.
    • Provide organization wide announcements of all new hires joining the company.
    • Prepare and send new hire kits.

    Offboarding

    • Coordinate employee offboarding of voluntary terminations, including exit interviews, final documentation
    • Process terminations in HR systems and ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements.

    Benefits Administration

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit eligibility and enrollment.
    • Ensure new hires are signed up and understand benefit options
    • Support open enrollment, life-event changes, and benefits education.
    • Serve as point of contact for employee 401(k) eligibility, enrollment and general education

    Compliance & Policy Administration

    • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and support policy updates as needed.
    • Support and drive administration of annual companywide HR initiatives (e.g., safety, anti-harassment, etc)
    • Support accurate and organized employee personnel files and documentation.
    • Assist with HR audits, handbook updates, and compliance reporting requirements (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO).
    • Act as HR point person for SOX audit items
    • HR Reporting & Data Management
    • Prepare, maintain and execute recurring HR reports such as OSHA, EEO-1, CA Pay Data, etc.
    • Maintain data accuracy across HR systems
    • Ensure Paychex has correct employee info (e.g., job title, PTO accrual level, correct manager, etc.)
    • Assist with data for audits, investigations, and compliance reviews.

    Employee Engagement and Culture Building

    • Ensure event reminders are sent accordingly
    • Plan and execute employee events with the support of HR Manager
    • Execute company surveys when requested

    Support additional HR tasks as needed and directed by HR Manager

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR Coordinator role.

    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

    • Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and data reporting tools.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.

    • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

    Education

    A high school diploma or GED and/or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the position.
