    Job Description

    It takes the very best people —to help our clients navigate the always-changing ways that jobs are searched, applied for, and advertised. We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

    • Work with VP, Talent to deploy a People strategy, from acquisition to exit; serve as the face of HR to internal and external stakeholders
    • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
    • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, alternative work arrangements, and resolve any issues that may arise
    • Promote HR programs to create an efficient, inclusive, and conflict-free workplace
    • Facilitate the various tasks and trainings around the performance management and goal setting processes
    • Assist in annual compensation review initiatives
    • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing culture initiatives
    • Conduct employee exit interviews to understand themes, address issues, and inform recommendations to continuously improve employee experience
    • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics and reporting; Serve as central point of contact for HR Information Systems
    • Ensure compliance with employment regulations
    • Partner with Snr. Manager DEI to promote and support DEI initiatives across organization
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide support and metrics as needed. May assist in recruiting efforts during periods of high volume.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
    • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures; various HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Employee Relations
    • Excellent understanding of HR systems, databases, and metrics; experience with metrics reporting a plus
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
    • Excellent communication and people skills
    • Outstanding active listening skills; ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
    • Agility in managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Aptitude in problem-solving
    • Demonstrated initiative and bias towards action; the ability to work efficiently and resourcefully
    • Possesses critical thinking skills, uses tools and resources to seek a solution
