You’ll be the go-to partner for our corporate and warehouse teams, someone employees trust and managers rely on.

    This is a direct-hire and onsite position in the Linden, NJ area.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Be the friendly face of HR supporting employees with questions about policies, benefits, and workplace life.

    • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and everything in between.

    • Keep the records, reports, and systems organized and compliant. You take pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Partner with Payroll to process employee changes and troubleshoot issues in ADP Workforce Now.

    • Create and analyze HR reports in Excel to help leadership understand key metrics like turnover, attendance, and engagement.

    • Collaborate on employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, from appreciation events to open enrollment and team celebrations.

    • Support managers with attendance tracking, corrective actions, and employee relations.

    • Jump in on HR projects like policy updates, handbook revisions, and system rollouts that make life easier for everyone.

    What We’re Looking For

    • You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment and takes initiative to make things better every day.

    • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required

    • Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred

    • 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or multi-site environment

    • Strong Excel and data analysis skills (you know your way around formulas and reports)

    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS

    • Organized, approachable, and detail-oriented

    • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

    $65,000-$75,000 per year
