    The Opportunity

    Our partner is seeking an HR Generalist who will serve as a key contributor in supporting

    the organization’s workforce and culture through strong execution of day to day HR

    operations. This role supports the implementation and administration of human

    resources programs that enhance employee engagement, compliance, and

    operational effectiveness. The HR Generalist works across core HR functions,

    including recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee relations support,

    compliance, benefits administration, performance management coordination, and

    HRIS data management.

    The HR Generalist is a proactive, organized professional who brings structure,

    consistency, and attention to detail to HR operations. They execute HR processes

    reliably, maintain accurate records, and ensure a professional and seamless

    experience for employees and managers. This role works closely with and reports to

    the Fractional CHRO, supporting HR initiatives while ensuring daily HR functions run

    smoothly and efficiently.

    What the Role Entails

    The following are detailed performance objectives for the HR Generalist. When

    evaluating overall aptitude and cultural fit, all candidates will be benchmarked using

    these standards.

    90-Day Performance Objectives: Foundations & Alignment

    • Integration & Relationships – Build working relationships with leadership,

    managers, and employees while learning company workflows, culture, and

    priorities.

    • HR Program Knowledge – Learn HR policies, procedures, HRIS, benefits

    programs, recruiting processes, and compliance requirements.

    • HR Operations Support – Assist with recruiting coordination, onboarding,

    employee records, HRIS updates, and day to day HR administrative functions.

    180-Day Performance Objectives: Autonomy & Optimization

    • Process Ownership – Independently execute core HR processes including

    onboarding coordination, HRIS data management, benefits administration

    support, and compliance tracking.

    • Full-Cycle HR Leadership – Serve as a reliable point of contact for HR related

    questions, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and HR processes.

    • Communication & Collaboration – Maintain accurate HRIS records and assist in

    preparing reports such as turnover analysis, hiring metrics, and compliance

    tracking.

    365-Day Performance Objectives: Mastery & Strategic Contribution

    • HR Excellence – Reliably manage day to day HR operations with minimal

    oversight, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

    • Strategic Leadership – Support recruitment efforts, help improve hiring

    efficiency, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee retention and

    engagement.

    • Organizational Impact – Help ensure compliance with federal and state

    regulations, identify opportunities to improve HR processes, and support ongoing

    HR initiatives in partnership with the Fractional CHRO.
