    ****Trend Companies is looking for a skilled and dedicated HR Generalist to join our HR team and help us manage various human resources functions, with a heavy emphasis on full-cycle recruiting.

    The HR Generalist will serve as a key member of the HR team, responsible for full-cycle recruiting and supporting the HR Manager with a wide range of HR activities, including compliance, learning and development, performance management, and benefits. This role will work closely with management and staff to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives and support a positive and productive work environment.

    The right candidate will be extremely organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, able to manage multiple clients at once, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere.     Key Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment & Staffing (main focus of role):

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
    • Implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
    • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure successful integration into the company.

    2. Compliance and Recordkeeping:

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
    • Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics and program effectiveness.

    3. Training and Development:

    • Assist in developing career development initiatives for employees.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

    4. HR Policies and Procedures:

    • Assist in developing, implementing, and revising HR policies and procedures.
    • Communicate policies to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.

    5. Support HR Manager

    • Support the implementation and administration of performance management processes.
    • Support the administration of payroll and benefits management
    • Support HR Manager in ad-hoc tasks

    Qualifications:

    • Must have proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
    • 2 - 4 years of experience in HR or related positions; previous experience as an HR Generalist is preferred.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, HR compliance, and HR best practices.
    • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field highly preferred
