Job Description

We are a fast growing PEO (HR) company seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist who has good payroll experience and is looking to take the next step. We are looking for a detail oriented individual who thrives on assisting our clients with their payroll needs. This individual must be a leader and willing to set the stage and give direction. They will also be able to work well with others, be a self-starter, and continue to grow. This is a full-time position and benefits will be available as well.

The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive support across a wide range of human resources functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for people.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR generalist experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of HR laws and best practices
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus, but not required

Additional Information

Compensation: ($20.00-$28.00 hourly) compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
