    HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

    Within the Human Resources function, our professionals bring expertise to a number of different areas. HR Shared Services handles many of the transactions and daily support needed by our global employee base. HR business partners and analysts act as the main point of contact for business leaders and employees. Our Centers of Excellence provide expertise in specific functional areas including compensation, talent acquisition, talent management and development, benefits, Diversity and Inclusion, and more.

    In HR, we partner with business leaders to attract, develop and retain the best professional talent. We play a key role in executing our company’s global strategy. Our responsibilities include talent planning, guiding employee engagement, developing and mentoring our leaders, and providing tools, analytics and expertise to our entire organization.

    Our Human Resource Internship is a 12-week summer program crafted for rising seniors majoring in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business with a HR concentration, or similar degree. Interns will be matched to a 12-week project based on their skill set combined with the business need.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    This internship offer hands-on experience in a variety of areas including Learning and Development, data analytics, Lean/6Sigman process improvement, project management and general HR support. You will be a member of a cross-functional team to support innovative, global Career Development projects for field employees.

    Summer project will include HR exposure in the following areas:

    • Complete weekly and quarterly data analysis and scorecards

    • Assist corporate recruiting and university relations teams in tracking analytics, leading interview scheduling and new hire on-boarding

    • Project lead a sub-workstream project for Service Connected

    • PM the remote summer intern program

    • Co-facilitate Career Development Workshops

    HOW WILL YOU GET HERE?

    • Full time student completing bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business with a HR concentration, or similar degree between December 2023 and June 2024

    • Excellent communication skills. Must be able to clearly communicate in a cross functional, matrixed environment at all levels of the organization

    • Ability to navigate multiple reporting systems and tools

    • Proficient digital literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Organizational and time leadership skills

    • Confidence to present to groups from 5 – 200 employees

    • Applicants must have unrestricted US work authorization. Forms of CPT and OPT are forms of restricted work authorization.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Human Resources

    • Some experience with process improvement methodology including Kaizen, Lean, etc.

    • Basic understanding of Biology, Chemistry and/or engineering disciplines
