Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable HR Intern to assist with a records digitization
project. This internship will focus on scanning historical personnel files for terminated employees,
uploading them into our Human Resource Information System (ADP), and organizing the digital
records according to standardized naming conventions and subfolder structure.
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Comfortable working with scanners, document management systems, and data entry tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and OneDrive/SharePoint.
