• Supports OD&L Manager or VP for LoB / CoB - Assigned to a particular line of business of medium to high complexity (e.g. less stable portfolio, multiple geographies across different regions) OR supports OD&L VP in pan-Business OD&L activities, supporting OD&L processes and leading significant projects.
• Has large autonomy in adjusting objectives, policies and plans independently
• Total population typically 2,500+
• Reports to OD&L Manager or VP. Engages with Business Leaders.
