    What You’ll Own

    • Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders across key business functions
    • Drive talent initiatives including workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and capability development
    • Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and engagement strategies
    • Lead complex and sensitive people matters in partnership with leadership and Labor Relations
    • Support culture-building initiatives and employee engagement programs
    • Leverage workforce data and people analytics to identify trends and inform recommendations around retention, performance, and talent risk
    • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence on compensation, talent management, development, and employee experience initiatives
    • Help leaders translate business strategy into people plans and organizational action
    • Influence change management and leadership effectiveness across teams

    What Makes You a Strong Fit

    • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced, matrixed environment
    • Strong experience partnering with business leaders on talent and organizational strategy
    • Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices
    • Experience leveraging HR data, reporting, and workforce analytics to drive decisions
    • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Experience with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or Kronos strongly preferred
    • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and consulting capabilities
    • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
    • Demonstrated success in helping leaders build and retain high-performing teams
  • Compensation
    $85,000-$100,000 per year
