    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a talented HR Manager to oversee and lead all aspects of human resources within an organization, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. They ensure compliance with labor laws, develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, and manage employee engagement and retention. Their role also involves maintaining HR records, managing employee benefits, and fostering positive relationships between management and employees.

    Responsibilities:

    · Recruitment and Hiring: Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to onboard new hires.

    · Benefits: Managing and developing a competitive employee benefits program.

    · Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and promoting a positive work environment. Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions.

    · Compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

    · Performance Management: Overseeing performance reviews and providing feedback to employees. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

    · Strategic Planning: Partnering with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

    · Employee Engagement: Developing initiatives to improve employee morale, motivation, and retention.

    · HR Policies and Procedures: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.

    · Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

    Requirements:

    · HR Expertise: Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and employee relations. Understanding of recruitment and benefits.

    · Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and management.

    · Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

    · Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees and management.

    · Problem-Solving Skills: Addressing and resolving employee relations issues and HR challenges.

    · Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

    · Leadership Skills: Motivating and guiding the HR team to achieve organizational goals.

    · Analytical Skills: Analyzing HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions.

    · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not required

    · HR experience: 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
