    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee human resources, office administration, and daily operational activities across our U.S. branches and warehouses. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities to support the company’s growth and ensure compliance with U.S. employment and operational standards.

    Job Duties:

    Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, interview coordination, offer issuance, and onboarding/offboarding procedures;

    Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations;

    Process payroll through ADP and ensure compliance with multi-state wage and labor regulations;

    Administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) plans;

    Develop and implement HR policies such as the employee handbook, leave policy, and reimbursement policy;

    Assist with employee visa and immigration matters;

    Organize and conduct employee training and compliance programs (e.g., harassment prevention);

    Oversee daily administrative and operational activities, supporting office and warehouse operations across multiple states;

    Coordinate and renew lease agreements, insurance policies (GL, Umbrella, Workers’ Compensation, etc.), and vendor contracts;

    Manage procurement, reimbursement, and payment schedules to ensure timely and accurate cash flow;

    Liaise with legal counsel, accounting firms, and external service providers to ensure compliance and operational efficiency;

    Support senior management in business planning, reporting, and process optimization;

    Draft and review bilingual business correspondence, contracts, and internal administrative documents.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred;

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and operations management, preferably in a multi-entity or cross-border business environment;

    Solid understanding of U.S. labor laws, payroll administration, and employee benefits management;

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin;

    Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently;

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in vendor management, legal coordination, or insurance administration;

    Familiarity with ADP RUN;

    Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
