An ABA Agency is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join their team. This role involves implementing HR processes, assisting with new initiatives, managing employee relations, and overseeing the onboarding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and refine HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Assist with the development and rollout of new HR initiatives and processes.
• Manage employee relations for BCBAs and paraprofessionals, including handling terminations and write-ups.
• Oversee the onboarding team (1-2 people) to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage employee relations with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Experience overseeing and supporting onboarding processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
