Overview
A large, multi-location organization with 500+ employees is seeking a strong, hands-on Human Resources Manager to oversee the day-to-day HR function across the full employee lifecycle.
This is not a purely strategic or corporate HR role. It is a practical, high-volume position for someone who understands the administrative backbone of HR just as well as the people side. The right candidate will be comfortable owning everything from onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee clearances to regulatory communication, training coordination, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full employee lifecycle across a workforce of 500+ employees and multiple locations
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinate and maintain employee clearances, credentials, and required documentation across programs
Oversee payroll-related HR administration and payroll processing coordination
Maintain accurate employee records, files, and compliance documentation
Communicate and implement new regulations, policy updates, and operational HR changes
Coordinate employee trainings, renewals, and related compliance requirements
Support hiring and staffing coordination as needed
Handle employee relations matters and serve as a practical HR resource for leadership
Ensure HR processes are consistent, organized, and functioning smoothly across locations
What They’re Looking For
Strong HR experience in a hands-on, high-volume environment
Comfortable managing both the administrative and people sides of HR
Highly organized, fast-moving, and detail-oriented
Able to work closely with leadership and communicate clearly
Strong judgment, common sense, and follow-through
Experience in healthcare is not required
