Compensation: $90K–$100K base

The OpportunityWe’re hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead HR efforts for a dynamic packaging facility in Pryor, OK. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who can balance strategic planning with frontline support. You’ll partner directly with plant and operations leaders to build a best-in-class work environment grounded in performance, compliance, and employee engagement.
You’ll lead local execution across HR pillars — compensation, benefits, workforce planning, training, employee relations, and more — while influencing regional strategy and driving people-first continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Strategic HR Leadership
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with plant and company goals
Lead workforce and succession planning tied to short- and long-term business objectives
Champion change management initiatives with transparency and trust
People Operations
Oversee compensation, benefits, leave administration, and health management programs
Deliver coaching and performance guidance to frontline managers and supervisors
Lead execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual HR programs and reporting
Talent Management & Development
Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies tailored to a skilled industrial workforce
Coordinate training, upskilling, and employee development aligned with operational needs
Foster a positive, inclusive culture that supports performance and employee satisfaction
Compliance & Analytics
Ensure compliance with local, state (especially New York and Virginia), and federal labor laws
Utilize HR analytics and dashboards to deliver actionable workforce insights
Maintain and optimize HRIS (preferably SuccessFactors) and reporting systems
Community & Culture
Represent the company at community and corporate events across North America
Promote a people-first, customer-focused culture that enhances employer brand
You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:
3+ years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of labor compliance, especially in NY and VA
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
Proven success leading performance management, change initiatives, and workforce development
Experience building inclusive, high-engagement work environments
A mindset for continuous improvement and a track record of driving results
