We are working with an established New Orleans client on an onsite HR Manager opportunity. This HR professional will be responsible for the full gamut of HR functions to include recruiting, payroll, benefits, performance review etc. The position will collaborate with Sr leadership on HR policy and strategic decisions. The HR Manager will supervise an HR Coordinator in servicing the HR needs of a multi-location, professional services organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certifications preferred)
• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience with direct responsibility for payroll, benefits, and performance management
• Prior supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems and strong Excel/reporting skills
