    Job Description

    Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. In this entry level role, the HR Operations Admin will play an integral part in supporting the HR team in a growing company. The HR Operations Admin will be tasked with a wide variety of responsibilities including administrative support, reporting, data entry, employee recognition, project management and other project-based tasks. Your specific responsibilities as a part of our team will include:

    1. Oversee performance management and recognition initiatives , continuously innovating to keep programs dynamic and impactful.
    2. Curate, analyze, and manage critical HR data and metrics , becoming the go-to expert for data-driven decision-making within the team.
    3. Drive and oversee the successful execution of diverse team projects , ensuring initiatives stay on track and meet key milestones.
    4. Own and manage essential HR programs , including efficient file management, document accessibility, compliance audits, and handling HR support requests with precision.
    5. Enhance HR operations by providing hands-on support , supporting events and wellness teams as needed, preparing key documents, and contributing to special projects that improve team efficiency.

    We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

    • The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, proactive, a problem solver, team player and self starter.
    • Optimistic, highly motivated and flexible with the ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and manage time effectively.
    • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to maintain confidentiality.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work/communicate with various groups of team members, strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Professional demeanor and appearance a must.
    • A minimum of a one-year commitment.
    • Prior HR or Admin experience preferred.
    • Some college level coursework in Human Resources or related field a plus.
