Job Description
Apex Clean Energy’s People Operations team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our growing, dynamic Human Resources department. Reporting directly into the Director of Human Resources, this role will focus on general administrative support across all key HR functions including talent acquisition, benefits and leave administration, learning and development, onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as generalized team support. This role will specialize in HR metrics and data analytics. A strong analytical mindset is essential, as this position will play a key role in tracking and reporting on HR KPIs and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
