    Job Overview

    ****As the HR Operations Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle; from onboarding to offboarding. You will manage the full onboarding and offboarding experience, maintain accurate records in the HRIS, coordinate employment documentation, and ensure compliance during employee transitions. You will support the implementation of new policies, communicate updates across teams, and act as a knowledgeable point of contact for questions regarding benefits, labor law compliance, and HR best practices. In collaboration with hiring managers and recruiting partners, you will assist throughout the hiring process, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and help cultivate an engaged, high-performing workplace.

    What You Will Achieve

    • Provide full HR support to employees during the onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment documents.
    • Initiate and deliver new company wide policies and procedures by confirming/communicating specifics with the HR team and relevant personnel.
    • Answer staff inquiries about HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
    • Assist with Employee Relations issues by scheduling interviews and receiving intake statements while collaborating with the HROP and HRBP teams accordingly.
    • Assist in checking overall compliance with labor codes and applicable local and State laws.
    • Partner with departments to drive Employee Engagement and Organizational Health.
    • Support hiring managers and partner with the recruiting team in the hiring process.
    • Support and/or complete all other tasks and projects as assigned.

    What You Will Need

    • 1+ years of experience in HR Administration
    • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity with HRIS and HCM software such as ADP
    • Experience in data input and data privacy
    • High attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team
