This company currently has the dominant platform position in several state markets, is connected to approximately 4,000 providers, and employs over 400 professionals.

     

     

    MISSION

     

    The Client Success Specialist will partner with the Client Success Team to support client accounts and internal processes. The Client Success Specialist will become an expert on our platform solution and ensure that it is meeting our clients needs. The ideal candidate will have strong client relationship, multi-tasking, and communication skills.

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Support efforts to increased client engagement satisfaction and survey scores
    • Proactive reviews to catch errors and issues to ensure platform and support systems are performing as expected
    • Assist in building QBR decks and ad hoc reports
    • Execute on special projects to prepare for conferences and client meetings
    • Perform client account maintenance
    • Manage product and feature change requests
    • Provide support and training of our Platform
    • Schedule, estimate, and provide status reports
    • Engage clients and providers through regular interactions via phone, email, and often in person
    • Other duties as directed

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • BS or BA degree
    • 1-3 years of experience in health care administration, SaaS based technologies, or customer success/account management support with a proven track record of managing multiple high priority tasks and successfully learning and communicating complex concepts.
    • Client-focused mindset
    • Experience in scheduling, estimating, and providing status reports
    • Confident in ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly and completely
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and an expert at multi-tasking
    • Proven to work well as a member of a team with excellent communication skills
    • Team player who is self-motivated to learn and succeed, and who is comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite: (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
