    A reputable firm in the financial sector is seeking a focused and experienced HR Payroll Associate to join its Human Resources team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while supporting broader HR operations in a fast-paced, professional environment.

    The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of payroll and HR experience, a strong command of payroll systems, and exceptional attention to detail.     Key Responsibilities

    • Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll in compliance with company policies and all applicable regulations

    • Maintain accurate payroll records, deductions, and benefits information

    • Partner with HR and Finance teams to manage onboarding, employee status changes, and offboarding from a payroll perspective

    • Prepare and support payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end reporting (e.g., W-2s and other tax filings)

    • Respond promptly and professionally to employee payroll inquiries

    • Assist with HR data management, reporting, and general administrative support

    • Uphold strict confidentiality of employee and organizational information

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of payroll and HR operations experience

    • Strong proficiency with payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Paycom, or similar systems)

    • In-depth understanding of federal and state labor laws and tax regulations

    • Exceptional accuracy, organization, and analytical skills

    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

    • Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS systems

    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities independently

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
